April Sound residents choose to make their homes here for a variety of reasons... the golf course, tennis, the marina and proximity to Lake Conroe, security of the gated entry, or any combination of these and many more factors. There is no denying that April Sound is a beautifully landscaped community with an almost unlimited supply of natural beauty and charm. Sometimes we even take all of this meticulous planning and care for granted. However, it is the responsibility of the April Sound Civic Association to maintain and improve our wonderful recreation and beautification projects throughout the development.
Through our partnership with the Country Club and the Property Owners Association, the Civic Association helps maintain our high quality of life and residential property values within April Sound.
Our Mission: "To engage in beautification and recreation projects in April Sound that will enhance the quality of life and improve property values."
